Traditional lasagna is difficult to prepare. It is much easier to cook the soup of the same name. You will need lasagna sheets, cream, some ground beef and some other products. I tell you about everything in detail in the following recipe.
Ingredients
- Lasagna sheets - 200 g
- Ground beef - 250 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 2 art.l.
- Parmesan - 30 g
- Tomato sauce - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
- Parsley (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In salted water, boil the lasagna sheets until tender.
Flip into a colander, add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely.
In a large frying pan, heat the remaining oil, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the minced meat, black pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes, kneading each piece with a spatula.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and cream. Simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Boil the water, add the roast and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in the boiled lasagna, add salt and remove from the heat after 3 minutes.
Serve the soup, sprinkling with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
