Stunningly delicious Thai-style dish. At first glance, it may seem that it is difficult to cook it, but in fact everything turns out to be much easier. Act carefully, follow the sequence and do not disturb the balance of spices.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cabbage - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- String beans - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Peanuts (fried) – handful
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry thoroughly and cut into thin plates.
Heat half of the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets until tender.
Chop cabbage, cucumbers, hot pepper and peeled onion.
Grate carrots, grind peanuts in a blender.
Chop the string beans and boil in salted water for 4-5 minutes.
Mix chicken fillet and vegetables.
Add salt, ground pepper, remaining oil and mix. Sprinkle the finished salad with chopped peanuts.
