I try to cook such salads often. It's healthy, delicious and surprisingly simple! You can use any combination of fresh vegetables and seaweed. I really like this recipe! For flavor, I add a little lemon zest.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 400 g
- Bell pepper - half
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Mix the seaweed, bell pepper, lemon zest, salt and ground pepper.
Add olive oil and stir.
