Bananas have long lost their exotic status and have become available at any time of the year. For this reason, I often add them to different dishes. My recent favorite was sweet baby oatmeal with milk and banana. It's very tasty and simple, try it!
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 1,5 glasses
- Bananas (medium) – 2 pieces
- Milk - 3 glasses
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the oat flakes into a saucepan.
Add cold milk and put on low heat.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla and mix. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
Cut the peeled bananas into small cubes, and leave a few circles intact to decorate the finished porridge.
Pour the bananas into a saucepan with oatmeal, stir and cook for another 8 minutes.
Remove from heat, add butter and cover for 10 minutes. During this time, the porridge will infuse and become tastier.
When serving, garnish the oatmeal porridge with banana slices.
