- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Broccoli - 400 g
- Cream - 1 glass
- Cheese - 150 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and fry until golden on all sides.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt and spices to taste, and put it in the mold in an even layer.
Spread the broccoli inflorescences on top, pour all the cream and evenly cover with hard cheese.
Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
