Dorado is one of the best varieties of fish for cooking delicious and healthy homemade dinners. It does not require long preparation, it is baked quickly in the oven, it always turns out well and does not need any special additives. The meat turns out to be very tender and soft. It is enough just to add some of your favorite spices if desired.
Ingredients
- Dorado - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
- Sea salt - 1 pinch
- Coriander - 1 pinch
- Ground pink pepper - 1 pinch
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the dorado with salt and all spices with olive oil.
Wrap the fish in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.
Unwrap the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 and bake for another 10 minutes.
