Chicken cutlets are good because you can add literally anything to them. For example, any vegetables and mushrooms to taste. I am sharing with you the main one for further experiments and my favorite part-time option.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Mushrooms - 60 g
- Onion - 40 g
- Carrots - 50 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate carrots and onions on a grater and finely chop pepper with mushrooms.
Add everything to the minced chicken. Add garlic, spices and egg to the same place.
Knead the mass and add the flour to a consistency.
Spread the cutlets with a spoon in a frying pan or first shape them with your hands.
Fry until golden on both sides.
