Peel the pumpkin, cut into small cubes and fill with cold water.
Add salt and cook for 20-25 minutes after boiling.
In a separate saucepan, boil the potatoes in their uniforms until tender.
Mash the finished pumpkin with a pusher or grind it in a blender.
Add lightly beaten eggs, cream, milk, salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well.
Chop the sausages and peeled potatoes.
Mix potatoes with sausages and put them in a form greased with oil.
Add the prepared filling and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
Cool the casserole, garnish with herbs and serve.
