The secret of this roll is that there is more mozzarella than spinach. Most often in fillings - on the contrary, but today I offer just such a recipe. Turkey roll turns out to be very tender, especially if you bake it in foil at a relatively low temperature.
Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 500 g
- Spinach - 0.5 beam
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Mozzarella - 160 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the turkey breast, chop and sprinkle with spices.
Chop rosemary with spinach and put it on top, and spread mozzarella slices on them.
Roll up a tight roll, wrap it in foil and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about an hour.
