A plate of delicious goulash will help you quickly regain strength and keep warm in cold weather. Cook it from beef with potatoes and carrots. This option will replace both the first and the second. You can serve it with pickles or fresh vegetables.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small cubes.

Peel and chop potatoes, carrots, onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the beef and fry until golden brown.

Add onion, carrot and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.

Add potatoes, cumin, bay leaf and allspice peas ground in a mortar. Fry everything together for 10 minutes.

Mix warm water, tomato paste and flour.

Pour the resulting mixture into a frying pan with meat and potatoes, mix and cover with a lid. Cook for 50 minutes on low heat.

Add salt and remove from heat. The finished dish can be sprinkled with herbs.
