The berry season is so short that I always strive to use it to the fullest. I cook compotes, make jam and, of course, add berries to pastries. For example, the classic curd casserole is simply amazing with red currants.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Red currant - 100 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind cottage cheese with sugar and eggs.
Add sour cream, and then add the sifted flour and mix.
Gently stir in the currants, put the dough into a mold and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
