This roll is more of an appetizer than a main course, but here it is at your discretion. Such a full-fledged ham replacement will not leave anyone indifferent! And the whole secret is in the special cooking technology. You will need a pot of water, an oven and a refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • Pork - 1.5 kg
  • Spices and seasonings - 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Spread the pork in a layer, chop and season.

Roll up a tight roll and rub it well with spices. Wrap in foil and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

Boil water in a large saucepan and boil the roll for 1-1.5 hours on low heat.

Then put it in the oven for another 1-1.5 hours at 170 degrees.

Let the roll cool in the oven right in the foil and send it to the refrigerator under pressure for another couple of hours.

Unwrap the roll, slice it and you can serve it to the table.
