Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Onion - 150 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Zucchini - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the fillet or pass it through a meat grinder. Also finely chop all the vegetables, except potatoes.
Fry the chicken with onions until it turns white. Add carrots, zucchini and mushrooms, fry until tender and season at the end.
Boil the potatoes until they are half cooked and cut into slices.
Put the chicken with vegetables in the mold, and on top - potato slices.
Pour sour cream over everything, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook for 30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
