Ingredients
For cooking:
- Beef tongue - 2 kg
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 3 l
For marinade:
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (with slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the tongue and place it in a saucepan with cold water.
Add salt, spices and cook for 2 hours.
Put the tongue in cold water for 15 minutes. And then take it out on a plate, cut into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Add salt, ground pepper, soy sauce, oil and garlic passed through the press. Stir, cover and set aside for half an hour.
Put the tongue pieces on the prepared skewers and fry on the grill for 10-15 minutes.
