To prepare such pies, you can use any dough – yeast or puff pastry. It is convenient if it is stored ready-frozen.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 300 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Yeast dough - 500 g
- Egg yolks - 1-2 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l
- Salt - to taste
- Dried herbs - 2-3 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the thawed or chilled fish into small pieces – one piece at a time into a pie. Lightly salt it.
Cut the potatoes into slices and boil for 5-7 minutes in salted water. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
Divide the dough into balls and roll each into a thin circle with a diameter of about 10 cm.
Put potatoes in the center of the dough circle, and fish on top.
Gently pinch the edges of the dough, forming a small patty. Place the workpiece on a silicone mat or on a baking sheet with parchment. Put the rest of the blanks side by side and lubricate each pie with yolk.
Bake the pies at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
