Do your kids like sweets too? Then I recommend surprising them with a sweet pizza with apples and chocolate. Apples fried in butter and sprinkled with grated chocolate just melt in your mouth. This pizza does not stay with us longer than 15 minutes!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast in warm water (no more than 40 degrees). Add the sifted flour, olive oil, salt and sugar.
Knead the pizza dough. It should be elastic for you. Roll the dough into a ball, put it in a container, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
While the dough is coming, peel the apples from the core and cut into thin slices.
Heat the melted butter in a frying pan (you can replace it with ordinary butter) and fry the apples for 5-10 minutes on each side.
Place the fried and creamy-flavored apples on a plate so that they do not absorb the oil. And drain the oil itself into a bowl, it will be needed in the future.
Divide the risen dough into 3 parts and make a round blank from each part. Grease the dough with the oil in which the apples were previously fried. Put the apples on top and put the pizza in a preheated 220 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with grated chocolate. You can additionally decorate it with colored chocolates. Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Let the finished pizza stand for 5 minutes, slice it and serve it to the sweet table!
