Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Milk - 150 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Minced meat - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the minced meat, salt, ground pepper, paprika and garlic passed through the press.
In a separate container, mix milk, eggs, sour cream and salt.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and mix well.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough. Fry for 1 minute over medium heat.
Put minced meat on each pancake with a teaspoon, press down slightly so that the surface is leveled.
Gently flip the pancakes to the other side and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
