Ingredients
- Spinach - 110 g
- Dill - 20 g
- Cheddar Cheese - 200 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Butter - 30 g
- Onion - 80 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Flour - 350 g
- Baking powder dough - 10 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and garlic, and fry in butter until transparent.
Chop spinach and dill to taste.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the sifted flour with baking powder, salt and pepper.
Separately beat the egg with milk, and pour into the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Add onion and herbs to the cheese dough, knead again and fill the muffin molds for 2/3.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. You can check the readiness with a match.
