- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Chocolate - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 50 ml
- Almond petals - 2 tbsp.l.
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the puff pastry at room temperature.
Roll out a thin layer of rectangular shape and cut into identical triangles.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it on the wide edge of the triangular blank.
Carefully roll up and seal the edge.
Brush the top with egg mixed with milk.
Put the croissants in a warm place for 15 minutes so that they fit a little.
Bake for 5 minutes at 220 degrees, then reduce to 180 degrees and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the croissants and the characteristics of your oven.
Sprinkle the finished croissants with powdered sugar and almond petals.
