The secret of a delicious cupcake is that the dough should be kneaded quickly. If you delay at this stage, the cupcake will turn out to be "clogged" and wet inside. Prepare all the ingredients, tools and form in advance, think over the process in advance.
Ingredients
- Flour - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter (soft) – 180 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Bananas (cleaned) – 350 g
- Walnuts - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix butter with sugar and beat with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, add salt and continue to beat until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Chop the peeled bananas in a blender or mash them with a fork.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop.
In a bowl with the dough, pour the banana mass, nuts and flour mixed with baking powder.
Mix everything well and put it in a greased mold.
Bake the cupcake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer, piercing in the thickest place.
