The secret of soft dough is to use baking powder and sift flour. Also make sure that the products are equally warm. The temperature contrast negatively affects the quality of baking, such donuts turn out to be solid.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 600 g
  • Egg yolks - 3 pieces
  • Milk (warm) – 1 glass
  • Baking powder dough (without slide) – 1 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 3 art.l.
  • Salt - on the tip of the knife
  • Vegetable oil - 450 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sift flour twice, add baking powder, sugar and salt.

Add the yolks, warm milk and knead the dough.

Roll out the cake 2-3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts with glasses of different sizes.

Deep fry the donuts until golden brown and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
