Airy Kazakh baursaks on milk resemble airy donuts if they are sprinkled with powdered sugar and the dough is prepared according to my universal recipe. Try to experiment and then you will have something to treat the guests and what to eat with tea.

Prepare the dough dough. To do this, heat the milk over the fire or in the microwave, then add yeast, sugar, salt to it. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes so that the yeast starts to play.

Now add flour to the dough, mix well and knead the dough. Leave the dough for half an hour. When the dough rises well, stir it again and leave for another 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a sausage and cut into portions. If you like large baursaks, then make bigger pieces. I like small ones, so I can get up to 30 pieces from such a portion of dough.

Heat the oil in a cauldron or saucepan with a thick bottom. Throw in the baursaks and fry until golden brown. Take out the finished baursaks on a towel to remove excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat with tea.
