Ingredients
- Flour - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 3 art.l.
- Turkey stuffing - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and continue to fry for 10-12 minutes, kneading all the pieces with a spatula.
Add salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Mix warm milk, lightly beaten egg, sugar and salt.
Add the sifted flour and mix well. You should get a thick and well-flowing dough.
Preheat a frying pan with oil, pour in half a piece of dough, evenly distributing it with inclined movements.
Fry the pancake for 1.5-2 minutes, then gently flip to the other side and continue cooking for another 1 minute. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
Spread the pancake on the board, put 2 tablespoons of filling on one edge, carefully roll up the envelope. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pancakes and the filling.
