Ingredients
- Kefir (warm) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 260 g
- Apples (average) – 3 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Butter (to lubricate the mold) – 10 g
- Powdered sugar (for decoration) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Pour in the warm kefir and mix until smooth.
Sift flour, mix with baking powder and vanilla.
Pour the dry billet into the egg-kefir mixture and mix thoroughly.
Wash the apples, dry them and cut them into small pieces.
Pour the apples into the dough and mix gently.
Grease the mold with oil, cover with parchment paper and pour in the dough.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished charlotte with powdered sugar.
