Are you planning to cook a delicious pizza for dinner, but there is no proven recipe? I advise you to try my version — the dough is prepared with fresh yeast, ham and two types of cheese are used for the filling. It turns out delicious, satisfying and very simple.
Ingredients
- Flour - 2,5 glasses
- Fresh yeast - 20 g
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (warm) – 150 ml
- Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 2 art.l.
- Ham - 150 g
- Gouda Cheese - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crumble yeast into warm water, add sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
Sift the remaining flour into a wide bowl, add the sourdough, salt and baking powder. Knead the plastic dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave for half an hour in a warm place.
Grate both types of cheese, cut the ham into small strips.
Roll out the cake from the dough, about 1.5 centimeters thick. Place the workpiece in a greased mold.
Brush the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle thickly with Gouda cheese and ham.
Sprinkle mozzarella, oregano and ground pepper evenly on top.
Bake the pizza for 15 minutes in a well-heated oven.
