Today I would like to share with you such an unusual recipe for homemade baking. If you haven't tried asparagus and bacon puffs yet, then don't put it off for later! Just believe me, it's very tasty!
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 300 g
- Asparagus (thin) – 20-25 pieces
- Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
- Bacon - 3-4 slices
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly fry the bacon on the grill or non-stick frying pan until browned.
Cut the dough into large squares and put the grated cheese in the center of each.
Cut off the hard ends of the asparagus and spread 3-4 pieces diagonally on each square.
Slice the bacon and sprinkle the asparagus on top.
Wrap the opposite corners of the squares, as in the photo, and pinch.
Brush the puffs with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
