Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 400 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Condensed milk - 100 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 350 ml
For the glaze:
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Milk - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Add lightly beaten eggs, condensed milk and a couple of tablespoons of butter. Knead a soft dough.
Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan or frying pan. Fry the blanks until golden brown and put them on a paper towel.
Dissolve powdered sugar in warm milk, boil for 1 minute on low heat.
Pour icing sugar over the finished donuts.
