If you prefer meat pizza, you will definitely like this version with minced meat. It will take a little time to prepare the filling in advance, but the result is definitely worth it. And don't spare the cheese – feel free to add more of it!
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 80 g
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 100 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and fry the minced meat with it until tender. Season and stir.
Beat the eggs and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the sifted flour and salt.
Grease a frying pan with oil and pour out the dough. Straighten it out.
Grease the pizza with tomato sauce.
Chop tomatoes and peppers, spread with minced meat on pizza. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Cook the pizza for about 15-20 minutes under the lid on low heat.
