Pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese and raisins can be called the most popular. They are especially often prepared for children. Sweet filling, fragrant vanilla and soft dough — one thought has already whetted the appetite. Telling my favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Milk (warm) – 400 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Raisins - handful
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
Add vanilla essence, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, half milk and mix.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the mass thoroughly until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk and mix again. The dough should be moderately thick and flowing.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Pour a little dough, evenly distributing it with inclined movements over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the test.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add raisins, sugar, sour cream and mix.
Put a little filling in the center of the pancake, turn the sides inside and roll up a loose roll. Repeat the same with the rest of the pancakes and the filling.
