Ingredients
- Puff pastry (frozen) – 250 g
- Flour - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pcs.
- Water - 20 ml
- Chocolate drops (or shavings) – 115 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the dough at room temperature, then put it on a floured table, roll it out slightly to make a square with a side of about 40 cm. Cut the square into 8 equal rectangles, and then each rectangle diagonally into 2 triangles. There should be 16 test triangles.

Lay the products seam down on a baking sheet lined with parchment, round the edges with a crescent and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished croissants with powdered sugar.
