- Flour - 550 g
- Milk (warm) – 250 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Fresh yeast - 25 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 60 g

- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and remove to a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the sifted flour, salt and vanilla.
Add the sourdough, egg, water and knead the dough. Sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Roll out the cake about 3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts with glasses of different sizes and put them on the board to fit.
Fry the blanks in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper napkin.
