Ingredients
For the test:
- Water - 400 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Dry yeast - 15 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 8-9 glasses

Dilute the yeast in warm milk and leave for 15 minutes.
Add water, egg and butter, and then add flour. Knead the dough and leave it in the heat for an hour.
Pass the lamb through a meat grinder. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, herbs and spices.
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out into layers. Put minced meat on each one and roll it into bags.
Roll out the khachapuri again, but thicker. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
