- Raspberry - 150 g
- Kefir - 300 ml
- Vegetable oil - 75 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 15 g
- Flour - 275 g
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat egg, salt and both forks of sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Continuing to beat, add kefir, and then butter.
Sift the flour and add all the dry ingredients to the dough. Mix it up.
Add raspberries and mix gently again.
Put the mass into 2/3 molds and bake the cupcakes for about 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
