Cottage cheese puffs are perfect for morning tea or coffee. They may well replace breakfast or an afternoon snack. You can add raisins, candied fruits or dried fruits, chocolate drops to the curd filling – anything.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Raisins - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour hot water over the raisins for a couple of minutes and dry them.
Mix cottage cheese with sugar and raisins to taste. Add the egg white and mix again.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Put the filling in the center of each and pinch the opposite corners.
Brush the puffs with beaten egg yolk and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
