If you have been making blanks for years, you probably already have proven and favorite tomato recipes. I want to share one more today. I tried it last year and was incredibly impressed. Tomatoes with cherry leaves!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Garlic - 8 teeth
- Black Pepper - 1 tbsp.l .
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp.l .
- Cherry leaves - 12 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice carrots, peppers and onions.
Arrange in clean, dry jars.
Add tomatoes, cherry leaves and all spices.
Pour boiling water and leave for half an hour under the lids.
Drain this water.
Boil the same amount of clean water.
Add sugar, salt and vinegar to it.
Pour tomatoes and roll up for the winter.
