Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Cherry leaves - 1 handful
- Currant leaves - 1 handful
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Put cucumbers, leaves, lemon slices, pepper and garlic in clean, dry jars.
Pour boiling water over everything and leave for 20 minutes under the lids. Drain the water.
Boil clean water with salt and sugar. Add vinegar.
Pour the marinade over the cucumbers and roll them up.
