- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into inflorescences. Boil for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.
Arrange the vegetables in sterile jars with all the spices and additives to taste.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water, add salt and sugar to it, and boil it again.
Pour vinegar into the marinade, pour into jars and roll up for the winter.
