Today I want to share with you a recipe for canned lecho that will definitely win your hearts. This is a classic lecho without carrots and other supplements. Serve it as an independent snack or add it to salads, main dishes and soups.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1.2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 20 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily chop both types of pepper.
Put the tomatoes through a meat grinder and bring to a boil.
Add pepper, salt, sugar and spices. Cook the lecho for 45 minutes on low heat.
A couple of minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
Roll up the lecho for the winter in sterilized jars.
