Caviar from blackberries for the winter through a meat grinder

Mushroom caviar is a pleasure for vegans and meat eaters. Especially if you cook it from such delicious and fragrant mushrooms as blackberries. It will only take a meat grinder and a little patience. And read on about all the subtleties of the process.
Ingredients
- Podberezoviki - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the mushrooms for 30 minutes in salted water and pass through a meat grinder.
Arbitrarily chop onions and carrots, fry until soft and also pass through a meat grinder.
Mix vegetables with mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes. Add all the spices and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, warm up for a couple of minutes and roll the caviar from the podberezoviki into sterile jars.
