Ingredients

  • Green peas - 1 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Salt - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with salt and sugar.

Add the peas and boil for 15 minutes.

Put the peas in clean jars, and add citric acid to the marinade.

Bring the marinade to a boil again, pour in the peas and roll up.
