Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the herbs, garlic and hot pepper in a blender.

Put the cherry plum in the oven, bake for 20 minutes, remove the bones and rub the mass through a sieve.

Add all the ingredients to the cherry plum, except vinegar, and boil the tkemali for 15 minutes on low heat.

Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 5 minutes and pour the sauce into jars scalded with boiling water.
