Mushroom pickers know the most interesting secrets of cooking mushrooms. Somehow I managed to get a recipe for crispy pickled waves from them. It would seem nothing special, but the mushrooms turn out so delicious that it's just impossible to break away!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (volnushki) – 3 kg
  • Garlic - half a head
  • Dill - 2 umbrella
  • Cherry - 3 leaves
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Black Pepper - 10 peas
  • Allspice - 5 peas
  • Vinegar - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Water - 3 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the waves thoroughly and soak them in cold water for a day.

Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, pour clean water and boil for 20 minutes.

Flip the waves into a colander and leave to drain.

Put the mushrooms in a large bowl, add chopped garlic, spices, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Mix, cover with cherry leaves and dill umbrellas on top. Cover with a wide plate, set the oppression and put it in the refrigerator for a day.

Take the mushrooms out of the refrigerator, warm them up at room temperature for several hours, put them in jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, roll it up and turn it upside down.
