- Yellow tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Carrots - 300 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Tomato sauce - 150 ml
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop yellow tomatoes, peeled onions, bell peppers and garlic.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Mix everything, add butter, sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper. Leave the workpiece for 2-3 hours at room temperature.
Arrange the salad in jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Add a little vinegar to each jar, roll it up and turn it upside down.
