- Daikon - 1 kg
- Garlic - 0.5 heads
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Salt - 15 g
- Sugar - 15 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 70 ml
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the daikon and grate it on a regular or Korean grater.
Chop the herbs and garlic.
Mix all the ingredients and leave for 2-3 hours.
Place the workpiece tightly in jars and sterilize for 20 minutes.
Roll up for the winter.
