In the harvest mushroom season, everything is fine, except for the eternal question, and what else to cook from mushrooms. If you don't want to just freeze and dry them for the winter, I suggest marinating a couple of jars. For example, such delicious crispy pigs.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pigs) – 2 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Carnation - 5 buds
- Bay leaf - 5 pieces
- Coriander - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the pigs for at least 10 hours, periodically changing the water.
Then fill them with clean water and boil for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Repeat the previous step 2 more times.
Put the garlic in sterile jars.
Boil a liter of water with all the remaining ingredients.
Put the pigs in the marinade, boil for another 15 minutes and spread with garlic.
Roll up the jars for the winter.
