Ingredients
- Cherries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Water - 700 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the cherries in sterile jars, pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes.
Drain this water, boil it again and pour it for another 5 minutes.
Drain the water again, boil, add sugar and boil the syrup for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the syrup over the cherries and roll them up.
