Looking for an interesting preservation recipe? Perhaps you will like cucumbers in mustard filling. Vegetables turn out crispy, fragrant and moderately spicy. For better preservation, I prefer to sterilize the workpiece. For a volume of 500 ml, 15 minutes is enough.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 3 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Mustard powder - 2 tbsp.l .
- Mustard seeds - 1 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 90 g
- Water (filtered) – 2,7 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers in cold water for 3 hours.
Put dill, black pepper and cucumbers in jars.
Boil water, add sugar, salt, mustard powder and mustard seeds.
Boil for 2 minutes, pour into jars with cucumbers and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, add vinegar and roll up.
