In season, prepare a delicious apple pastille for the winter. If the fruit comes across sweet enough, sugar can not be added. A natural delicacy is healthier and tastier than any candy. It can be safely stored in a tightly closed jar for up to 3 months.

Cut the apples into quarters, peel and peel the seeds.

Chop the fruit in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder several times.

Add sugar and cinnamon to the applesauce. Boil for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently.

Remove the cinnamon, put the puree on a covered baking sheet with a layer up to 0.5 cm.

Dry for 3 hours in the oven at 60 degrees.

Separate the finished pastille from the paper, roll it up, put it in dry jars and close the lids tightly.
