Ingredients
- Figs - 1 kg
- Sugar - 500 g
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the fig tails and cut it into quarters.
Add sugar and water, stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Cook for another 15 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Let the mass cool down a little and whisk with a blender.
Bring to a boil again, boil for another 10 minutes and roll into sterile jars.
