If you come across green pears, and you don't know what to do with them yet – this option is for you. They make a wonderful jam, which can then be eaten with tea, added to pastries, served with yogurt, pancakes, cottage cheese or pancakes. As you like!

Ingredients

  • Pear (green) – 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Water - 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and thinly slice the pears.

Boil the syrup from water and sugar and put the pears in it.

Boil for 10-15 minutes after re-boiling.

Remove the workpiece from the heat and leave for 2-3 hours.

Boil again for 10 minutes. And repeat this cycle again.

Arrange the jam in sterile clean jars.
